If a design doesn't come out
What happened
Sometimes a design stops before the picture is ready and the app shows an error. This is usually temporary.
What to try
- Wait a minute and generate again.
- Check your internet connection.
- Use a clear photo with the whole house in frame and good light, or shorten the brief.
Still not working
Write to us at getfacade.ai/contact: name the building and roughly when it happened. For purchases, see the Terms at getfacade.ai/terms.
