Design settings

Automatic, or your call

You don't have to set anything. By default GetFacade designs automatically from your project brief — that alone produces strong results. When you want more control, open the settings and guide any part of the design yourself. Use as few or as many as you like.

Prompt

Add a free-text instruction for a specific experiment when the other settings do not cover what you have in mind.

References

Upload images and documents that show your taste. Add a short note to each one to say what you like about it — the color, the style, the material, or the overall mood.

  • Style photos — houses or facades you like
  • Color palettes — color samples you want to use
  • Material samples — textures of brick, stone, wood, plaster, and so on
  • House documents — drawings, measurements, or specs as PDF or text (only the text is read)

Style, colors, and materials

Choose an architectural direction (modern, classic, and so on), set a palette or pick specific colors, and name the finishing materials you want to use.

Structure and environment

Draw or upload a control sketch to indicate where to add, remove, or change elements of the building. Clean up construction debris, add a lawn, or apply full landscaping to the surroundings.

Generation settings

A second group of settings controls how the design is generated — the engine behind the result. The defaults work well, so adjust these only when you want to fine-tune.

  • Model — the AI model behind the design, each with its own character (for example Aurora is subtle and context-aware, Atlas is bold and concept-led)
  • Output style — the look of the result, from photographic to more artistic styles

Every design remembers its settings

When you create a New variant, it saves the exact settings it was made with and shows them right in the settings — so you can open any design and immediately generate another version with the same settings as a starting point.

Settings in Refine mode

In Refine the settings reset, because each refinement builds on the current design rather than re-applying the original settings. You can still see the settings a design was generated with from the three-dot menu → "View detail".
